Shipping & Returns

Shipping

Items usually ship the same day that payment is received or if that is not possible, the next business day. We use price based shipping and will determine which carrier (USPS or UPS) is used when taking into account cost and shipping time. On most orders we will use either USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground. These companies do not guarantee exact shipping times so neither can we at Generations Religious Gifts & Church Supply.

If you do need an item(s) shipped via Express Mail Or Next Day Air, we will be more than happy to assist you. Please contact our toll free number 1-800-743-7155 and let our friendly customer service team provide you with a quote and peace of mind that you will get your item when you need it.
 

Returns

All items are guaranteed with a 3-day inspection period. If you are not happy with the item or want to return it for any reason, email us at customerservice@generationsreligiousgifts.com or call us at 1-800-743-7155. If we agree on a return, re-ship the item to:

Please include a note or letter stating the reason for return and/or problem with the item. Buyer pays for all return shipping. Refund will be the cost of the item. Shipping charges will not be refunded, unless the item is deemed defective.
